MULTIFAMILY

Invest in cash-flowing, B and C class properties in emerging markets. Multifamily properties are a great source of both passive income and appreciation. Multifamily allows for economies of scale in our acquisitions and operations, and appreciation is forced through driving income and lowering expenses – increasing Net Operating Income.

We are currently accepting experienced investors who qualify as either sophisticated or accredited, as per SEC Criteria.

SMALL RESIDENTIAL

Interested in investing in smaller, shorter-term projects?  Fund a hard money loan up to 70% of the current property value, secured by a deed of trust. This type of investment offering typically has a shorter holding period, as loan terms do not exceed 12 months. Private money loans are good cash flow investments for investors with short-term investing preferences.
